If you’re a last minute shopper like me, it's that time of the year where we shop for our loved ones. A lot of stores have a lot of great deals. One of my favorite stores usually has 50-75% off at the end of the year, so I only shop there at the end of the year. Big stores can offer such an offer because they can. On the other hand, small businesses cannot offer these deals because it will hurt them more than help them. When a big business gives you this kind of deal, they have a way to make up for it. But not small businesses. Don't let that stop you from supporting small businesses. Believe me, we need the help more.
To say that this year was hard would be an understatement. Small businesses struggled more than any other business. With that being said, if you’re a last minute shopper like me, get your gift from a small business even if they may not have the huge sales you’re used to.
